Board of Directors and Trustees
The Board of Directors is responsible for maintaining a culture of high engagement,accountability, and strategic thinking. As fiduciaries, the Directors oversee all DSO financial activities and assure that resources are aligned with the DSO mission while monitoring and sustaining progress in the cultivation and solicitation of additional support. The Board of Trustees is tasked with shepherding the long-term strategy of the DSO to fully implement the organization’s entrepreneurial capabilities, while engagingin an ongoing, generative dialogue resulting in the development and presentation of new strategies and objectives.
