Trained in Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts, Executive Chef Michael Polsinelli takes his knowledge of classical French techniques to create his own spin on modern cuisine. Creation of food means more to Polsinelli than satisfying someone’s hunger, but to live the experience from start to finish. “Cooking is an art form that captivates you visually as well with your palate,” he said. “With food, I look to create memories that bring people together and to provoke conversation. My goal is to create a comfortable atmosphere that you will not only have patrons coming back for more, but will add a significant facet to their concert experience.”
